Meet the Team

Nancy,RDA – Office Manager
Nancy has been in the orthodontic field for over 16 years. She graduated from Bryman College and has worked with us at Irvine Orthodontics since 2002. As an Office Manager with her RDA, Nancy's great with setting up comfortable financial arrangements and being able to clearly explain orthodontic treatment to parents and patients. She is married with three beautiful children under the age of 10 and is one busy Momma! Her family's favorite place to go in their spare time is Disneyland. Nancy is so caring and is such a calming force. She is an invaluable resource for the doctors, staff, and patients. We are very blessed to have Nancy as part of our team!

Janet – Appointment Manager/Treatment Coordinator
Janet has been in the orthodontic field for over 20 years and joined our practice in 2008. She enjoys working with patients and staff and has excellent communication skills. In addition to being a great planner and organizer, she helps with the marketing and planning of fun office events. Janet's laugh is contagious and her baking skills are superb which makes us and our patients very happy! She loves spending time with her grandkids, as well as traveling and going on adventures with friends. Janet's wonderful personality and fresh, creative ideas are a huge asset to our team!

Cheryl,RDA – Orthodontic Assistant
Cheryl has an extensive background in orthodontics with over 35 years of experience, including 15 years in Pedo. She is a Bryman College graduate and has been working with us at Irvine Orthodontics for almost 2 years. She loves working with patients and is very efficient and skilled in her work. She enjoys working for Drs. Claro & Ghafouri because they are very understanding of their patients needs and concerns. She loves all of the camaraderie of all the staff here and she especially likes all the fun games and events we do here. Cheryl's hobbies include gardening, playing with her puppy, exercising, baking, and spending quality time with her husband and family. We are beyond grateful to have Cheryl working here!

Feri, RDA, Orthodontic Assistant

Feri has been working at Irvine Orthodontics for a little over 1 year. Her past experience includes over 8 years in Orthodontia and 6 years in Pediatric Dentistry.
She loves working here because we have such a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere. Feri has learned a lot over the past year and has greatly enhanced her skills.
She likes to baking, spending time with friends, walking/exercising, shopping, and being outdoors. Feri has risen to the challenges we've given her and has helped us tremendously. We are very fortunate to have Feri on our team!

Pinal,RDA, Orthodontic Assistant

Pinal started as an Intern here at Irvine Orthodontics and has been working with us full time for almost 2 years. She is a graduate of Cypress College and has met all of her RDA requirements. Pinal has gained a great deal of experience learning from the Doctors with extensive training and refining her skills. Shopping is Pinal's favorite pastime. She loves to "dress up" so you will find her in any clothing store. She also enjoys spending time with friends, going to movies, the beach, and expanding her horizons with travel. Watching Pinal grow and succeed has been a joy for all of us!

Cassie, Records and Sterilization Assistant

Cassie has been working with us for over 6 months and has over 5 years of experience in the medical industry running her own In Home Care business. She is passionate about her work and is wonderful in gaining instant report with all of her patients. Cassie's favorite part about working here is the ability to make patients smile and laugh! In her free time you can find her at the beach on on the dance floor. Cassie is very charismatic and is a fun presence to have in our office!

Vaughn, 3D Scanner Tech
Vaughn has been working here for over 5 years and has been a huge asset to the team.

Jessica, Public Relations and Social Media Coordinator

Jessica graduated from UCLA in 2002 and has over 12 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Public Relations.
